#Subhiksha + and Blended Training for HIV Elimination

Nature of Project:

Subhiksha+ works with Prison and OCS for HIV Screening, STI, TB, HBV, HCB and also linkages to treatment and Social welfare schemes
Blended training Build the capacity of the HIV care providers on quality HIV prevention, testing, care and treatment services in a sustainable manner.

• -    It is an approach to training that combines traditional classroom-based physical (face to face) trainings with access to online educational materials. 
• -    It also provides opportunities for continued interaction with the participants. 
• -    It also involves field visits to various facilities for onsite learnings.

• -Screening Camps (HIV/TB/STI/HCV/HBV)
• -Awareness camps (HIV/TB/STI/HCV/HBV)
• -Wall Painting
• -Linkages to Treatment
• -Pregnant Women link with PPTC
• -IPC session one to One or group
• -Post realise follow up to positive inmates.
• -Partner Testing and if they found positive linkages to Treatment.

Project Brief:

The project is to Improve the knowledge and skills for provision of quality HIV services among 100% of public sector health care providers responsible for HIV/STI testing and treatment services engaged in National AIDS control program in Uttar Pradesh & to Improve the knowledge and skill of targeted intervention (TI) service providers in an innovative and sustainable manner through Training Institutions establishment in UP.
