Scope of Project:

• Early linkages of PLHIV to care, support and treatment services.
• Improved treatment adherence and education for PLHIV.
• Expanded positive prevention activities.
• Improved social protection and wellbeing of PLHIV.
• Strengthened community systems and reduced stigma and discrimination.
